Shipping policy

 Once your order has been placed & paid it will be processed and shipped within 2 – 3 Business Days. If your order is of a more urgent matter, please contact us directly (604-454-1177) and arrange to have it sent express – Serious rush orders only, please. There will be additional charges for rush orders. Please note that we are unable to guarantee these shipments.

Choosing among the shipping options is a decision of the client, but we strongly recommend using services that are both tracked and insured. We cannot guarantee/replace items that were lost using untracked or uninsured services.

United States: Canada Post, UPS and DHL
International: Canada Post & DHL
